Keep the receipt: the tire warranty and any road-hazard coverage are tied to it. Demand peaks before winter and before summer road trips. Check the listing for hours, whether the shop sells used tires or handles truck and trailer tires, and its Google rating before you drive over on a spare.

Fayetteville is in North Carolina, in the Southeast, where summers are long, hot and humid, winters are mild, and afternoon thunderstorms and the hurricane season from June to November can change plans at short notice. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Fayetteville follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

Honest place, great service , and good used tires

Went here to have 3 tires replaced 2 front and 1 rear. Had the 2 techs work on the process. All seemed fine untill driving and noticing a vibration in steering wheel at roughly 58-62 mph. Before replacing the tires didnt have this issue, called them and had them rebalance the tires and they did no issue said the 2 front were good and rear was off by .25 ounce in which he stated no issue all good.. So after driving a while notice same issue vibration in steering wheel. I decided to take to another local shop to find….Smh..🤦‍♂️ 2 cross threaded lugs, 2 tires (f) under balanced by 1.25 ounces and 1(r) over 1.75 ounces and a bad tire with broken belt. Thankfully found this local shop that cared to do the job right. Gotta do better…

I called at 12:05 to check on the availability of the tires I needed. I was told there were plenty in stock and quoted a price. I verified that they closed at 1pm and said I was on the way. I arrive and waited 10 mins in the hot store only for an employ to refuse my service. While walking towards me, forcing me to back out of the store, he stated “we only have one machine, it takes an hour to run it and we close at 1pm, Sorry.” When I inquired why wasn’t this communicated when I called, this is unprofessional.” He replied “I know that’s why I said sorry.” There was no suggestion on how he could rectify the situation. No true indication of remorse or anything! This was my first & last attempt at doing business with them! Sucks because they came highly recommended!
